The City of the Dead  (1963) aka Horror Hotel, directed by John Llewellyn Moxey, Arrow remastered, encoded in 10 bit HEVC with AAC sound, including original theatrical mono, three commentary tracks, and English subtitles.

Note : A little bit of an oddball production here, this is actually a British production, but it's set in New England, and all the (British) actors speak with American accents. Christopher Lee gets top billing, although his role as a slightly sinister college professor teaching the history of witchcraft is actually rather small. This definitely falls into the category of folk horror, and it's perhaps particularly notable for the extremely atmospheric and beautiful cinematography, full of black-robed figures ominously emerging from the omnipresent mist.
The fairly simple story is about the town of Whitewood, where a witch and her accomplice who were burned at the stake, but gained eternal life from Lucifer in return for twice-yearly human sacrifices. In the current day, a chipper college student wants to do some field investigation for her history of witchcraft class, and is encouraged by her professor to go to Whitewood. The town and its inhabitants are strange and threatening, and when she doesn't return, her fiancé and her brother try to track her down, in the process uncovering a conspiracy of witches.
This is a very nice looking remaster, light levels might be graded a tad too high, but in general not much to complain about. The original mono track sounds fine, and the three commentary tracks, including one with Christopher Lee and another with the director, are all quite good.
